Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Unused and unworn condition
• Original tags and packaging included
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

How to Return or Exchange

1. Visit one of our stores with your item and receipt
2. Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return requirements
3. Choose a refund or exchange for another item
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear and bikinis (unless defective)
• Perfumes and fragrances (once opened)
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
